6 Step Process
Old-style customer service provided in 6 easy steps:
1- You contact us. You can call us, email us or drop by our showroom for a brief consultation. We set up an appointment for our professional designers to come to your house.
2- Our professional designers come to your house to measure and provide you with options for your project. We send you a design for your remodel and you make your choices.
3- You visit our showroom to make your final choices of materials. (Cabinets, tile, countertops etc.) Our professional designers use the latest computer technology, combined with years of experience to guide you though the decision making process. There are many choices, but we are able to help you make the best decisions for your dreams and your budget!
4- Our contractor visits your house to make final measurements and provides a more detailed estimate based on the materials you choose.
5- We give you a start date and start the work.
6- During the entire process, we are dedicated to our principle of old-style customer service by being available to you and helping you through each step. Even after the job is done, we believe you will remember KBR and the old-style customer service we provided for you. We know we will see you again!
