Kitchen Remodeling in Bethesda MD

"We recently had to go through an unplanned kitchen renovation. We had a great experience with Marve at KBR Kitchen & Bath in Bethesda MD (the wait on permits from the city, less great). She came in for an initial consult the day after I submitted a quote request form and provided us with three different options for our kitchen. Marve answered all of my questions (and I ask A LOT of questions) and gave me honest opinions when something I liked wouldn't work with something else I liked..."

She came in for an initial consult the day after I submitted a quote request form and provided us with three different options for our kitchen. Marve answered all of my questions (and I ask A LOT of questions) and gave me honest opinions when something I liked wouldn't work with something else I liked. She added very thoughtful small touches, like flipping the sink and dishwasher to give us more uninterrupted counter space. Our house was originally built in 1962, so it was really lacking in counter space and storage. Marve doubled the cabinetry and counter space by building against walls that didn't have anything on them. So while we lost a bit of floor space, it was 100% worth it in what we gained in storage and prep space. She was also open and supportive of us incorporating color to brighten the space, so our kitchen went from a drab, bland, brown/beige, depressing space to a beautiful and bright room that oozes with life and energy. The kitchen has gone from being my most hated room in my house to my absolute favorite, and I'm finding myself obsessively cleaning it because I can't bear for it to have any spots or blemishes on it. This was our second project with KBR, and after working with Marve, we don't see any need to work with anyone else on kitchen and bathroom projects."

"We worked with KBR Kitchen & Bath to do our kitchen remodel. The entire team we worked with was very professional and helped us each step of the way to achieve our dream kitchen. Early on, Marve was patient and more than happy to work with us as we went through several design iterations and made sure we were 100% happy before moving on to the next step..."

Early on, Marve was patient and more than happy to work with us as we went through several design iterations and made sure we were 100% happy before moving on to the next step. Her input and design eye was so helpful as we were picking out our finishes and she was able to help us see the big picture! Once we were in the demo and construction phase, our project manager, Mustafa, did a great job keeping our project on track. They were great with communicating during the project and always willing to answer questions we had along the way. We would highly recommend KBR and would consider using them for other remodeling projects in the future!"

"We couldn't speak more highly of the talented and professional team at KBR. We are so in love with our new kitchen! It's stunning. They put in all new cabinets, installed all the backsplash tile, remodeled the columns, put in a larger and more modern island, and gorgeous hardware. They installed stunning quartzite countertops working with their partners and the experience was seamless. From the start, our designer Marve helped us select colors and cabinets and lay out the design; she is an amazing person to work with. The project costs and timeframe were very reasonable and our wonderful project manager, Mustafa, was responsive and kind and courteous at every step of the way to ensure we were involved in every decision and happy! Thanks so much, KBR!!"

"I contracted KBR after seeing a remodeling of a master bathroom that they'd done for one of my neighbors. They remodeled my kitchen, its attached half-bathroom (powder room), and my master bathroom. Their pricing was a bit higher than other remodeling agencies, but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for, and I'm happy with the results..."

Their pricing was a bit higher than other remodeling agencies, but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for, and I'm happy with the results. The designer was Marve, and the project manager was Mustafa. Both were a pleasure to work with throughout the project, and I'm glad that they worked so hard to ensure everything was done to perfection. Firstly, I really appreciate their responsiveness. Whenever I had questions or concerns, or requests for something to be modified as the project was ongoing, Mustafa responded right away via text or phone call. Secondly, the team of contractors was composed of hard working, nice people. They were a pleasure to interact with, and they also worked very quietly. This was important given that I work remotely, from my home. I'd use them again for my other bathrooms, given the experience I had with them this time."
