We briefly discuss the details and consult with you to schedule a free in-home estimate appointment. We also offer virtual consultations if you would like to discuss your remodeling questions online.
Our professional designers visit your home and take measurements, get your ideas and further consult with you about details pertaining to your vision for your remodeling. Once the designer completes the proposal, they email the quote along with a 3-D computer rendering.
We schedule a visit to our showroom to make material selections (cabinets, counters, tile, flooring, backsplash, etc.) and go over more specific details about your renovation. Our designers use the latest computer technology, combined with years of experience to guide you through the decision-making process.
Once you have made the material selections and agreed on the details to contract with KBR for the project, the job start date is scheduled.
KBR’s project manager visits your house to take final measurements and ensure details are in place for your project start.
From beginning to completion of your remodeling project, KBR’s team of designers, project managers, technicians and office staff are dedicated to our principle of old-style customer service and avail ourselves to you every step of the way.
Before the project can begin, all the materials must be delivered to the site. We will review every item with you for approval before the contractors begin. This step is crucial to avoid any surprises later on.
