KBR recently renovated our master bathroom. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were very responsive from the beginning, scheduling site and design visits in very reasonable timeframes. The design phase went smoothly, the work started on time, and the work was completed way ahead of schedule. The project management team was always available and responded to all our needs, and the construction crew was polite, professional, and very skilled in their craft. The finished product looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results. I do want to mention that there was a leak issue once the bathroom was cleared for use, the day after the final walkthrough. While these types of issues can be stressful after a large renovation project, it is worth noting that KBR came back immediately, identified the issue, fixed the problem, and even patched the ceiling where the leak had caused water damage. The entire issue started around 8:00PM and was completely resolved by around 10:00 the next morning. I only mention it to highlight the fact that, even when things don’t go according to plan, KBR took full responsibility for the issue and fixed the problem in as timely a manner as any reasonable person can expect. I will be reaching out to KBR for any future kitchen and bath needs, and I highly recommend them to others for the same.

The team was professional from start to finish. We sought several quotes and KBR listened to our ideas/budget and provided a quote and drawings that best represented our ideas. The crew was very respectful and worked tirelessly to complete our project with minimal disruptions to our living space. I will definitely use them again on future projects.

KBR did a great job or remodeling our bathroom. It wasn't one of these deals where it takes the contractor forever - they were real focused on getting the job done quickly. We also really appreciated getting input from their work crews - they had excellent suggestions for us when it came to making certain detailed decisions about the project.

We had a full Master Bath remodel, down to the studs… we decided on KBR after having three contractors out to bid on the project. KBR was not the cheapest by far but they were very dedicated to providing quality service and making sure they incorporated all our concerns and most of our ideas into their design while staying within our budget. Once we decided on KBR, we were delight to find that we had both a Project Manager (David) and a Forman onsite. This was a huge bonus for us as we had previously had a kitchen renovation with a different company and had neither. That’s another story… back to KBR, great job, kept us in the loop on everything in terms of the schedule and progress. David, our PM was fantastic and on point, always addressed our questions and concerns quickly, even when we would text on the weekend with a question. The bottom line is that KBR and David, our PM did a fantastic job, finished our master bath and my wife and are very pleased; in fact we wish they had done our kitchen… Oh, our designer, Sylvia, also super talented.....

Overall my experience with KBR was great! The salesman for the project, Arman, did a fantastic job seeing everything through to the end. I live in a condo and the bathroom really needed to be updated. The finished product is terrific and it looks better than I expected. Arman was a great help through the entire process and very responsive. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. KBR and Arman did a fantastic job and I’m thrilled with the final product! I would definitely use them again. Thanks for the wonderful new bathroom!

Our project manager, Cemil, was amazing and kept the project on schedule and was readily available to answer any questions we had as well as helping us make design decisions. The workmen were delightful, responsive, on time and the hardest working men I’ve ever had in my home. We were very happy that the redo was finished quickly so we were not without a kitchen for very long. We would not hesitate to recommend them. KBR is an outstanding company. They stand by their products and do what they say they will do. To us, there is no downside to hiring them. Our experience was excellent and we continue to enjoy our beautiful new kitchen.

My bathroom remodel turned out beautifully and only $100.00 over budget. I must compliment the technicians and all the staff at KBR in Fairfax. For my 1st major remodel the process was surprisingly easy without any major issues. So, if I was grading out of 10 stars I would give 9 ﾽ, as there was a slight communication probably in the middle of the remodel. Over all everyone was friendly, experienced, and the designer walked me through choosing the fixtures, tiles, and products for the bathroom. The finished product was absolutely beautiful, and I would choose and recommend KBR 100% for future projects.

Mr. Cemil Yilmaz arrived on time to our home and was friendly and professional. He listened while we described the scope of the project and answered all of our questions. He came prepared with his laptop and was able to show us a computer generated image of our kitchen based on the details we discussed as well as a cost estimate. His was the lowest estimate we received out of five contractors. Cemil was also the only contractor who was able to present a design on the spot, which we thought was great.

We had an amazing experience with KBR from the time we initiated the contract until the finished project. The project team was on time and worked quietly and cleanly every day they were in our home. We're very happy with our master bath. KBR redid the shower, floors, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, lighting and accessories and added a new door. Marve was great to work with on the design and worked with us to fit the project within our budget. Jasson was great as well, as were the whole crew doing the work. Everyone was consistently helpful and punctual. We'd definitely use KBR again.

I hired the company to renovate my kitchen. I had never undertaken a major renovation and the team really took the time to walk me through the process, from the design to permitting and execution. Even though my kitchen was quite small, they were still incredibly responsive to my (many) questions. Finally, their work was excellent.

I would give KBR a higher rating if possible. Their top priority is providing excellent customer service. They were on time every day and were very respectful of our space. They covered our floors and put up a barrier to reduce the amount of dust between the kitchen and family room…I would highly recommend this company as I believe they are trustworthy and really want their customers to be satisfied. I will definitely use them again for another remodeling project.

Deniz and Firuz are two of the hardest working managers I have ever known. They also did everything they could to respond to all of my concerns and requests. They are excellent at what they do, and they can solve most any problem. I really enjoyed working with them. They are lovely people. Deniz has a great sense of design and was able to understand my likes and preferences. The bathroom is beautiful!!

It was our first time to have something remodeled in our 29 yr old house. We started with the Hall and Masterbath renovations. We shopped around and chose KBR. Our designer Memo was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my vision. He tried to incorporate as much as he can from my wish list within my budget. I will work with Memo again in future renovations, probably kitchen. Project started 3 months after we signed the contract because of supply chain and delivery issues as we were doing Reno during pandemic and while I am still working from home. Our assigned project manager Jason was very attentive throughout the construction process and the crew were excellent. I am very pleased with the finished work and am truly enjoying our new bathrooms.

About as smoothly as a construction/renovation project can go! Picking out the tile and vanity options was a breeze at their showroom in Fairfax (there were lots of great options). The demo was quick and they kept the rest of the house clean, protected floors and put up plastic to keep dust at a minimum. They were organized, worked quickly and the final product is terrific.

The project went very smoothly, Adam Sanliturk was a great project manager, and the designer, Gokhan Sim, walked us through everything. The crew showed up consistently and worked quickly and efficiently. The only hiccups in scheduling seemed to be with the island, which I believe was constructed by another company. But everything turned out very well, we're very happy with the result. With the exception of finishing the island, the entire project lasted less than 2 weeks, with minimal inconvenience. Great job!
